Refund Policy

At High Press, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products and services. This policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit.

1. Your Rights Under NZ Law

  • Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

  • You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product or service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.

2. Refunds & Returns for Products

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Not Fit for Purpose or Misdescribed: If the product does not perform as expected or is not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we may consider an exchange or store credit at our discretion if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days.

3. Refunds & Cancellations for Coaching Services

  • Cancellations: Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session fee may be forfeited.

  • No Refunds After Service Delivery: Once a coaching session or program has been delivered, refunds will not be provided unless required under the CGA.

  • Prepaid Packages: If you purchase a block of sessions and no longer wish to continue, you may request a partial refund for any unused sessions, subject to our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund, replacement, or cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Your name and order details

  • The product or service in question

  • A brief explanation of the issue

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
