We understand football involves long term development, we are here to help your children develop as footballers and people. While we believe striving to win is a part of this, it is not about winning today, its about being the best you can be as a footballer and person in time. This includes helping players and parents understand pathways to professional football and other pathways in the sport.​

We prioritise the coaching and training of technical skills. This is the most important part of football and the most neglected. We help players be better equiped to play in any environment, have the technical skills to execute plans, understand their decisions and have a high football IQ. We don’t teach passing patterns or a specific style of play,​

It is important to us to find ways to make High Press something most people can afford. For this reason we keep the costs minimal, we have payment plan options and are developing a scholarship fund to help those who can’t afford the costs, and other related costs. We are also working on having multiple locations as we also understand time and travel is a significant cost.​

We create an environment where players are not scared to make mistakes, are willing to challenge themselves and enjoy football. We promote discipline and hard work done in a way that is player led and positive. We ensure players enjoy their training by ensuring they can see results, build relationships and learn new things.​

We priotise quality over everything else, whether that be in regard to football or anything else we do at High Press, We would choose to accept less players into our programme to ensure the coaching quality is at its upmost, we would choose highest quality playing kits.
